About the Role
Busy Bees is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its team in Egham, Surrey, on a full-time basis, with a salary of £32,031. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children’s intellectual, social and emotional development. You will help provide high-quality early years education in a nurturing environment, giving every child the best start in life.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play.
- Support children’s individual development, wellbeing and daily care needs.
- Observe children’s progress and use your observations to inform learning opportunities.
- Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment, following safeguarding and nursery procedures.
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues to support each child’s development.
What You'll Need
- A relevant Level 3 qualification in early years education or childcare.
- An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and children’s developmental needs.
- A commitment to safeguarding and providing high-quality care.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families.
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to helping young children learn and grow.
