About the Role
Reactive Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse for a permanent night role within a nursing home in Banbridge, County Down. This general nursing position is suited to an RGN/RN with a strong clinical background who is confident working nights. You will help deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents and support their wellbeing throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care tailored to residents’ individual needs.
- Monitor residents’ health and respond appropriately to changes in their condition.
- Administer medicines safely in line with professional standards and care procedures.
- Maintain accurate care records and contribute to the review of care plans.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective handovers and continuity of care.
- Promote residents’ dignity, comfort and safety during night shifts.
What You'll Need
- Registered Nurse status as an RGN/RN with an active NMC PIN.
- General nursing experience and a strong clinical background.
- Confidence in using clinical judgement and delivering care during night shifts.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
- A commitment to person-centred care and professional nursing standards.
- Previous nursing home experience is preferred.
