We're looking for: Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK
At least 2 years' experience in social care
Previous experience in a senior or team leader role is essential
QCF Level 2 (or above)
Opportunities available:
There is one position available working 24 hours per week, to include alternate weekends
There is one position available working 42 hours per week, to include alternate weekends
Your role: Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
Support residents with personal care and daily living
Encourage independence and wellbeing
Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management
