Cars & Vans Welcome | Regular Routes | £90–£200+ BONUS We're growing our parcel delivery operation across Yorkshire and we are l ooking for reliable self-employed drivers who want regular local routes and good earning potential. Whether you're already an experienced multi-drop driver or you've got a car and want to get into delivery work, we'd be interested in hearing from you. What can you earn? We pay 90p per successfully completed parcel, so the more parcels you complete, the more you can earn. 100 parcels = £90(+VAT) + Monthly Performance Incentive! 140 parcels = £126(+VAT) + Monthly Performance Incentive! 180 parcels = £162(+VAT) + Monthly Performance Incentive! 200 parcels = £180(+VAT) + Monthly Performance Incentive! 220 parcels = £198(+VAT) + Monthly Performance Incentive! Realistic earning potential of £900+ a week Monthly bonus / Performance opportunities: We also want to reward drivers who consistently do a great job. We're looking to introduce monthly performance bonuses for drivers who are reliable, look after their parcels and customers, and consistently complete their routes to a high standard. As the operation grows, we want the drivers who help us build it to benefit too. Less travelling before you start delivering We want you spending more of your day delivering rather than making unnecessary trips backwards and forwards to the depot. If your allocated delivery area is more than 10 miles from our Barnsley depot, we'll bring your sorted parcels to an agreed local handover point closer to your route. Meet us there, load your parcels and get straight out delivering. For delivery areas within 10 miles of the depot, routes will be collected directly from our Barnsley site. Compact local routes We're aiming to keep routes tight and focused around allocated postcode areas rather than sending you all over Sheffield. If you're new to multi-drop, that's not a problem. We're not expecting someone who has never done this before to suddenly take 200 stops on their first day. We'll look at your experience, your vehicle and what you're comfortable with and build from there. Cars and vans welcome You don't necessarily need a van. If you have a suitable car, we can look at routes that work with your vehicle and capacity. If you're an experienced multi-drop driver with a van and want larger routes, we'd like to hear from you too. You'll need: * Your own car or van * A full UK driving licence * Appropriate courier/delivery insurance * A smartphone with mobile data * To be reliable, organised and comfortable working independently Previous multi-drop experience is useful, but it isn't essential. We're looking for regular drivers Work is expected to be available Monday to Saturday, depending on customer volumes. We want to build a good core group of regular subcontractors who get to know their areas and want to grow with the operation. If you're reliable and consistently do a good job, we want to keep offering you regular routes as volumes grow. A couple of things to know Pay is 90p per successfully completed delivery stop. If multiple parcels are delivered to the same address, they count as one delivery stop. This is a self-employed subcontractor opportunity, so you'll be responsible for your own vehicle, fuel/electricity, insurance and tax. Interested? Apply through Total Jobs and let us know where you're based, what vehicle you drive, whether you've done delivery work before and roughly how many days per week you're looking for. Application question(s): This role requires a Car or a Van to complete deliveries, which one of these will you be apply with? The depot is be based in Barnsley, but the deliveries will be in Wakefield will you be able to reliably commute? xrexnqw Do you have any prior delivery experience?
