About the Role
Niyaa People is recruiting a Multi Trade Operative for a three-month, self-employed contract working directly for an established housing association in Coventry. Based around Keresley and the wider Coventry area, you will carry out essential day-to-day maintenance and repairs within social housing properties. The role offers consistent work throughout the contract, with 37 hours per week at £22 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repairs across social housing properties.
- Complete a range of multi-trade tasks to a good standard.
