Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to be based across 8 sites in Southwest & West London. The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer who has a good all-round engineering understanding and is from a Mechanical or Multi-trade background.
In return the company are offering a salary of £44,500, Van & fuel card, 25 days holiday and an annual performance related bonus!

Hours of Work & Package Info

· Basic Salary of £44,500
· Van + Fuel Card provided
· 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
· Enrolment in company pension scheme
· up to 5% Bonus Scheme
· Personal use of Vehicle

Key duties & Responsibilities

· Carry out all aspects of M&E & Fabric maintenance
· Plumbing
· Carpentry
· Painting and Decorating
· Flooring
· Changing Locks
· Hanging xrexnqw Doors
· Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
· Emergency lighting tests
· Control Panels
· Changing Ballast
· BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
· AHUs & FCUs – Cleaning & Filter Changes
· Air conditioning - Service / maintenance
· Maintain and update Logbooks

Requirements

· Mechanical, Electrical or Trade qualifications - City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2&3
· 18th Edition (Desired)
