About the Role
Dunraven Recruitment Limited is recruiting Multi-Skilled Engineers for permanent, full-time positions within food manufacturing in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. You will help keep production equipment running safely and reliably, combining planned maintenance with responsive fault-finding and repairs. Five positions are available, working Monday to Friday on rotating early and late shifts, with 45 hours per week including a one-hour paid lunch each day.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on production machinery and associated equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimise production downtime.
- Respond to breakdowns and work with production colleagues to restore equipment safely.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance practices.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, faults and repairs.
- Follow site health and safety procedures and food manufacturing hygiene standards.
What You'll Need
- Multi-skilled engineering capability across mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Experience maintaining machinery in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within food manufacturing.
- A practical, methodical approach to fault-finding and problem-solving.
- A strong commitment to safe working practices and hygiene requirements.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineering and production colleagues.
- Availability to work rotating early and late shifts from Monday to Friday.
