About the Role
Spire Healthcare is seeking a passionate and motivated MSK Outpatient Physiotherapist to join the Outpatient team at Spire Nottingham Hospital in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. This permanent role involves delivering high-quality care to patients with a varied musculoskeletal and orthopaedic caseload. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment that values collaboration, patient care and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients presenting with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and deliver individualised physiotherapy treatment plans based on patients’ needs and goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment to support recovery and functional independence.
- Provide advice and education to help patients manage their conditions and continue their rehabilitation.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to support coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold professional standards of practice.
What You'll Need
- A recognised physiotherapy qualification and current HCPC registration.
- Relevant clinical experience in musculoskeletal or orthopaedic physiotherapy.
- Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills, with a patient-centred approach.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with patients and colleagues.
- The ability to manage a varied outpatient caseload and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to high-quality care and continuing professional development.
