About the Role
Join RAC as a Mobile Vehicle Technician in its SMR Division, delivering mobile servicing, maintenance and repairs. This full-time role is part of the Stevenage cluster, covering Hitchin and surrounding areas including Stevenage and Letchworth Garden City. You’ll bring technical expertise and a customer-focused approach to vehicle care on the move.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs at customer locations across your allocated area.
- Diagnose vehicle faults and identify appropriate repair solutions.
- Complete work safely and to a high professional standard.
- Explain findings and completed work clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Manage your daily workload and travel between appointments.
What You'll Need
