About the Role
Join RAC as a full-time Mobile Vehicle Technician in its SMR Division, delivering mobile vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs. This Slough-focused role is listed in Maidenhead, Windsor & Maidenhead, and offers a different way to put your technical skills to work outside a traditional workshop. You will provide a professional, customer-focused service while working independently in a mobile setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs in a mobile environment.
- Assess vehicle faults and identify appropriate repair solutions.
- Complete work safely and to a high standard.
- Explain findings and any work required clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of servicing and repairs.
- Manage your daily workload and keep tools and equipment ready for use.
What You'll Need

What's on Offer
- A base salary of £45,378, inclusive of London Weighting Allowance where applicable.
- On-target earnings of up to £57,000.
- A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
- A full-time, 40-hour working week, with core hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and one in four Saturdays.
