About the Role
Join RAC as a Mobile Vehicle Technician in its Service, Maintenance and Repair (SMR) division, delivering mobile vehicle care rather than traditional roadside rescue. This full-time role is advertised for High Wycombe, with Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire listed as the location. You'll put your technical skills to work carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs in a mobile setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs at customer locations.
- Assess vehicle faults and identify appropriate repair work.
- Complete work safely and to a high professional standard.
- Explain findings and work carried out clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Keep tools, equipment and your mobile workspace organised and ready for use.
What You'll Need

- Availability to work the advertised hours, including one in four Saturdays.

- A base salary of £40,178, with on-target earnings of up to £52,000.
