About the Role
Join RAC as a Mobile Vehicle Technician in its SMR Division, covering Esher, Surrey. This permanent role focuses on mobile vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair, bringing technical expertise directly to customers. It offers a different kind of RAC role, with a focus on planned vehicle care rather than traditional roadside rescue.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs in a mobile working environment.
- Investigate vehicle faults and identify appropriate repair solutions.
- Complete work safely and to a high professional standard.
- Explain findings and completed work clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, servicing and repairs.

- A competitive base salary of £45,378, inclusive of London Weighting Allowance where applicable, with on-target earnings of up to £57,000.

- A 40-hour working week, with core hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and one in four Saturdays.
