About the Role
Join the RAC as a Mobile Mechanic in its Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) Division, based in Widnes, Cheshire. This full-time role focuses on mobile vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs, rather than roadside rescue. You will bring technical expertise and a customer-focused approach to keeping vehicles in good working order.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair work in a mobile setting.
- Assess vehicle faults and identify appropriate repairs.
- Complete work safely and to a high professional standard.
- Explain findings and work carried out clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of servicing and repairs.
