About the Role
Join RAC as a Mobile Mechanic in its Service, Maintenance and Repair (SMR) Division, delivering mobile vehicle repair services. Based within the Esher cluster in Surrey, you’ll travel across the local coverage area to support customers with their vehicle needs. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, with core hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and a requirement to work one in four Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs in a mobile setting.
- Assess vehicle faults and identify appropriate repair work.
- Complete work safely and to a high professional standard.
- Explain findings and completed work clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of servicing and repairs.
- Travel between customer locations within the Esher cluster.

What's on Offer
- A stated base salary of £45,370, inclusive of London Weighting Allowance where applicable.
- On-target earnings of up to £57,000.
