About the Role
Join RAC as a Mobile Mechanic in its SMR Division, delivering mobile vehicle servicing and repairs. This full-time vacancy is listed for Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, with the role forming part of the Stevenage cluster and covering areas including Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and Welwyn Garden City. You will work 40 hours per week, with core hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and one in four Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out mobile vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs across your allocated area.
- Assess vehicle faults and identify appropriate repairs.
- Complete work safely and to a high professional standard.
- Explain findings and work carried out clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of servicing and repair work.
