About the Role
Hays is recruiting a Microsoft 365 Developer for a leading not-for-profit organisation with a presence across the North West. Joining on a permanent basis during a period of digital transformation, you will support the delivery of digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This is an opportunity to work collaboratively and help improve how teams across the organisation work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
- Work with colleagues to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Support process improvements through automation and effective use of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Test and troubleshoot solutions to support reliable performance and usability.
- Document developments and help colleagues understand and adopt new digital solutions.
What You'll Need
- Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- The ability to understand business needs and turn them into effective digital solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to testing and troubleshooting.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- An interest in supporting digital transformation within a not-for-profit organisation.
