Your Impact Assist with the planning, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing equipment and systems to meet safety, business, and product goals Apply manufacturing principles to drive equipment and process improvements Participate in developing, standardising, and documenting manufacturing standards and working methods Collaborate on specific project assignments with both internal and external resources Interpret engineering drawings to help design and optimize manufacturing processes Support proactive health, safety, and ergonomic standards to ensure a safe working environment Pursue continuous improvement and waste reduction to enhance quality and reduce process costs Select and help procure capital equipment and workpiece holding devices (tooling and fixtures) to support manufacturing requirements Engage in problem-solving activities to support robust and risk-free operations
You'll Bring Degree (or equivalent experience) in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or a related field Foundational knowledge xrexnqw or experience in manufacturing environments Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to interpret engineering drawings and solve problems methodically Commitment to health, safety, ergonomic excellence, and driving improvement Values-driven mindset focused on teamwork and cross-functional partnership
