About the Role
Stirling Warrington is recruiting for a permanent Maintenance Engineer role in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. You will support the maintenance and reliable operation of engineering equipment, working a three-shift pattern from Monday to Friday. The role includes an early finish every Friday and 36.6 hours on the tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
- Investigate equipment faults and carry out repairs to support reliable operation.
- Help minimise downtime by identifying recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Work safely when inspecting, servicing and repairing equipment.
- Maintain clear maintenance records and communicate outstanding issues during shift handovers.
What You'll Need
- Experience in engineering maintenance and practical fault-finding.
- The ability to maintain and repair equipment in a production environment.
- A safety-conscious approach and good communication skills.
- Availability to work rotating morning, afternoon and night shifts, Monday to Friday.
- Experience with some or all of the following would be advantageous: servo presses, hydraulic presses, ABB robots, laser machinery and CNC equipment.
