About the Role
Listers is recruiting a Lexus Vehicle Technician to join its Bristol team on a permanent basis, following continued growth. You will carry out vehicle servicing, diagnostics and repairs in a modern, well-equipped workshop. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and complete appropriate repairs.
- Inspect vehicles to identify safety issues and further maintenance requirements.
- Complete accurate records of work carried out and report findings clearly.
- Work with workshop colleagues to maintain quality and meet agreed timescales.
- Follow health and safety procedures and keep your working area organised.
What You'll Need
- Relevant vehicle maintenance and repair skills, supported by appropriate qualifications or practical experience.
- A methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving vehicle faults.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safe, high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a workshop team.
- Availability to work the stated weekday hours and Saturdays on a rota.
