About the Role
Outcomes First Group is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join Crookhey Hall School in Cockerham, Lancaster, LA2 0HA. You will support students to overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and take part in school life. This permanent, term-time-only role is due to start in October 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students to engage with lessons and learning activities.
- Work alongside teaching staff to provide support tailored to individual learning needs.
- Help create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Encourage students to develop confidence, independence and positive relationships.
- Share observations with colleagues to help support students’ progress and wellbeing.
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.

What's on Offer
- A salary of £22,160.62 per annum, not pro rata.
- A permanent, term-time-only contract.
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 4pm.
