About the Role
A&O Shearman is seeking a Learning & Development Senior Manager to join its Human Resources team in Nine Elms, London, on a full-time basis. The London HR team supports the business through strategic advice and operational excellence across a broad range of specialist functions. In this role, you will help shape learning and development activity that supports colleagues and responds to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of learning and development initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Work with HR business partners and specialist teams to identify learning needs and development opportunities.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure development programmes are relevant and practical.
- Review the effectiveness of learning activity and recommend improvements.
- Contribute specialist learning and development advice to the wider HR service.

- Strong experience in learning and development, with the ability to operate at senior manager level.
