ABOUT US Reface NE transforms kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms across the North East. We work from our showroom with our own installation teams and trusted trade partners, and we deliver jobs accurately and first time. THE ROLE As our Kitchen Surveyor, you are the person who walks into the customer's home, understands exactly what they want, and leaves with a job that is sold, measured and specified right first time. This is not a sales job with a tape measure, and it is not a measuring job with no targets. It is both, and you are measured on both. Partnership. To the customer, you are a genuine partner in their project. Behind that, your focus is sales: growing the value of every job through upgrades, other rooms and full use of the customer's budget. Survey. Your survey is what the materials order is built from. When the fitters arrive, every item, size and quantity is right, and nothing is left for them to discover on the day. The office handles the paperwork and data entry, so your time as Kitchen Surveyor goes on customers and accuracy. No line management. You report to the CEO.
