About the Role
Join Henderson Group as a Kitchen Assistant at EUROSPAR/TEXACO (Doagh), 10 Station Road, Doagh, Co. Antrim, BT39 0QT, in the Newtownabbey area. You'll support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping the team prepare food and maintain a clean, organised working environment. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week, with shifts within Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 6:00pm, requiring a degree of flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and other routine kitchen tasks as directed.
- Keep kitchen work surfaces, equipment and utensils clean and ready for use.
- Follow food hygiene, safe handling and health and safety procedures.
- Help store ingredients correctly and keep kitchen supplies organised.
- Work closely with colleagues to support an efficient kitchen operation.
