About the Role
MCS Group is partnering with a large, established, multi-site organisation to recruit an IT Service Delivery Manager – End User Services on a permanent basis. Based in the Lisburn, County Down area with hybrid working, this senior operational IT role oversees the performance and continual improvement of end-user services. Reporting to the Head of IT Services, you will lead support delivery across the service desk, field support, end-user computing and device lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of end-user IT services across a multi-site environment.
- Oversee service desk and field support operations, ensuring a consistent focus on user needs.
- Manage end-user computing services and the lifecycle of workplace devices.
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve support quality and efficiency.
- Provide direction to support teams and work with the Head of IT Services to address operational priorities.
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to understand and respond to service requirements.
What You'll Need
- Experience managing operational IT support or end-user service delivery.
- A strong understanding of service desk, field support and end-user computing environments.
- Knowledge of device lifecycle management and its role in reliable workplace IT services.
- The ability to lead support teams, prioritise workloads and maintain service standards.
- A practical approach to monitoring performance and driving continual improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, suited to a multi-site organisation.
