About the Role
Places for People is recruiting an Investment Associate to join the Investment Team at Thriving Investments, a socially conscious fund manager focused on the living sector. With £1.1bn of assets under management across four funds, Thriving Investments invests in a range of housing tenures that deliver social impact. You will support its ambition to grow to £5bn through new fund launches and the expansion of existing funds. This contract role is listed in South East London, with the opportunity to be based in either London or Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Investment Team in assessing opportunities across the living sector.
- Contribute financial analysis and research to inform investment decisions.
- Assist with evaluating housing investments, considering financial performance and social impact.
- Support work relating to new fund launches and the growth of existing funds.
- Help prepare investment information and materials for review by the team.
