Key Responsibilities
• Support the Home Manager to improve care quality and governance within the services. • Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to develop confident and capable management teams. • Lead on audits, inspections, and action plans to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. • Work with regional and central teams to implement systems, manage risk, and maintain consistent standards.
About You
• Registered Nurse • Proven experience supporting care homes through inspections, governance, and quality improvement. • Experience working with regulatory frameworks and driving operational performance across services.
