About the Role
Orona UK is looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor to join its growing team in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey. In this permanent role, you will oversee installation activities, helping to deliver safe, high-quality work and keep projects on track. You will join a global business specialising in the design, manufacture, installation, maintenance and modernisation of lifts, escalators, moving ramps and walkways.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day installation work, coordinating site activities and priorities.
- Support installation teams in completing work safely and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor progress against project plans and flag issues that could affect delivery.
- Liaise with project colleagues, site contacts and contractors to support smooth installation work.
- Help resolve practical site challenges and maintain clear records of progress and outstanding actions.
What You'll Need
- Relevant installation experience, ideally within the lift or escalator industry.
- Experience supervising site-based teams and coordinating installation activities.
- A strong understanding of safe working practices and installation quality requirements.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clear communication skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
