About the Role
Wheels for All is seeking an Inclusive Cycling Regional Manager to support accessible cycling opportunities across Greater Manchester and the Midlands. This permanent, full-time role is home-based, with frequent travel throughout the region. As part of a national charity established over 30 years ago, you will help people to be active on their terms through inclusive cycling.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support inclusive cycling activity across Greater Manchester and the Midlands.
- Work with local teams and partners to help make cycling opportunities accessible and welcoming.
- Build relationships with community organisations to support participation in inclusive cycling.
- Support consistent delivery, keeping participants’ needs at the centre of regional activity.
- Visit cycling locations across the region to understand local priorities and identify opportunities for improvement.
What You'll Need
- A commitment to inclusion and helping people access opportunities to be active.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate activity across multiple locations.
- Clear communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently from home while collaborating with colleagues and local partners.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Greater Manchester and the Midlands.
