About the Role
Randstad Digital is recruiting an Implementation Specialist for a 12-month contract supporting digital transformation in primary care. You will lead the deployment of new data integration software solutions across GP practices, combining implementation coordination with clear stakeholder communication. The role requires attendance in Maidenhead two days a week for the first two months, followed by remote working.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the rollout of data integration software across primary care GP practices.
- Work with practice teams and technical stakeholders to plan and support implementation activities.
- Communicate deployment progress, requirements and next steps to those involved.
- Track implementation milestones, identify issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Support practice teams through the transition to new software and ways of working.
What You'll Need
- Experience supporting software implementations or digital change projects, ideally in healthcare.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple implementation activities.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- An understanding of primary care environments and health informatics or data integration.
- A practical approach to problem-solving and supporting users through change.
- Availability to attend Maidenhead two days a week for the initial two months.
