The role
You'll take ownership of the IAM service, working across service leadership, governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement . Key responsibilities include: IAM Service Design and Target Operating Model Leading transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing KPI/SLA management and reporting Stakeholder, risk and issue management Driving continuous service improvement
What we're looking for
Strong IAM Service Leadership experience in a hybrid environment , with a broad understanding of: IGA | MFA | SSO | PAM | PKI Experience with MIM, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta or BeyondTrust would be highly desirable. You don't need to be hands-on across every technology - we're looking for someone who understands IAM technically and can confidently lead the service and its stakeholders. xrexnqw
