About the Role
Network Plus is seeking an HSEQ Advisor for a permanent role in Fleetwood, Lancashire. Joining the central Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Team, you will take responsibility for a regional contract and report to the HSEQ Lead. You will promote compliance across the business, escalate identified issues and help employees understand the standards and procedures they need to follow.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of safety and compliance standards across your assigned regional contract.
- Promote adherence to HSEQ procedures and management systems throughout the business.
- Identify and escalate HSEQ issues to the HSEQ Lead as appropriate.
- Ensure employees are aware of issues raised and understand the relevant compliance requirements.
- Promote effective document control and the use of current, accurate HSEQ documentation.
- Work with the central HSEQ Team and regional colleagues to support consistent compliance practices.
What You'll Need
- A sound understanding of health, safety, environmental and quality principles.
- The ability to recognise compliance concerns and escalate them clearly and appropriately.
- Clear communication skills to explain HSEQ requirements and raise employee awareness.
