About the Role
Network Plus is looking for an HSEQ Advisor to join its busy team in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, on a permanent basis. You will provide specialist safety advice, supporting managers, employees and partner contractors to comply with Anglian Water’s construction health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and practices. This regional role requires travel and offers the opportunity to help create safe, efficient working environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist health, safety and environmental advice to managers, employees and partner contractors.
- Support compliance with Anglian Water’s construction health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Help teams understand and apply relevant policies, procedures and safe working practices.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to identify risks and support appropriate control measures.
- Travel across the region to provide practical guidance and promote consistent safety standards.
What You'll Need
- Relevant experience providing health, safety and environmental advice in construction, engineering or a related operational environment.
- A sound understanding of construction safety risks and practical risk management.
- The ability to interpret policies and procedures and translate them into clear, actionable guidance.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to advise managers, employees and contractors.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to travel regionally.
