About the Role
Join All Care as a Healthcare Assistant on a permanent contract, supporting people across the Isle of Wight, including Cowes, Newport and Freshwater. You will help deliver person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities
- Support people with day-to-day routines and personal care in line with their individual care plans.
- Encourage independence while respecting each person’s preferences, privacy and dignity.
- Provide companionship and compassionate support.
- Observe and report changes in wellbeing or care needs to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow safeguarding and safe working procedures.

- Weekday pay of £13.43 per hour and weekend pay of £13.93 per hour.
