About the Role
Join All Care as a Healthcare Assistant in Hook, Hampshire, helping people receive person-centred care in their own homes. This permanent role is part of a home care team serving Basingstoke, Aldershot, Andover, Farnborough, Fleet and Hook. You will support people with their daily routines while respecting their dignity, preferences and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate home care tailored to each person’s needs and preferences.
- Support with personal care and everyday routines in line with individual care plans.
- Encourage independence while helping people remain comfortable in their own homes.
- Offer companionship and communicate with people receiving care in a respectful, reassuring way.
- Record care provided and report any changes in wellbeing or concerns to the appropriate team member.

- Reliability and a responsible attitude towards providing care in people’s homes.
