Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality small animal care.
- Run nurse clinics, providing practical advice and support to pet owners.
- Help coordinate day-to-day nursing activities to support the smooth running of the practice.
- Work closely with veterinary surgeons and colleagues to maintain clinical standards.
- Encourage teamwork, share knowledge and support the development of nursing colleagues.
What You'll Need
- Registered Veterinary Nurse status and relevant small animal nursing experience.
- Experience as a Head RVN, or the confidence and motivation to progress into a head nurse role.
- A commitment to high standards of patient care and animal welfare.
- Strong communication skills and a supportive, collaborative approach.
- Good organisational skills and an enthusiasm for running nurse clinics.
