About the Role
ATIS is looking for an experienced Head of Site to lead a food-focused operation in South East London. You will oversee day-to-day site activity, support the team and help deliver a consistently high standard of service. This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily site operations, keeping service organised and efficient.
- Support and motivate the team, setting clear expectations and providing practical guidance.
- Plan staffing and allocate tasks to meet operational needs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and health and safety.
- Monitor site performance and identify opportunities to improve service and ways of working.
What You'll Need
- Experience leading a site or managing a team in a food service, hospitality or similar environment.
- Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise during busy periods.
- A commitment to excellent service, cleanliness and safe working practices.
- Availability to work the advertised pattern, including one evening per week and one weekend day per month.
What's on Offer
- A permanent, full-time contract for 40 hours per week.
- Mainly Monday to Friday daytime hours, with one evening per week and one weekend day per month.
- Advertised pay of £44,000–£48,000 per year, depending on the store. The listing also gives a salary of £41,230, so the applicable base salary should be confirmed during the application process.
- An annual bonus opportunity of up to £22,000.
