About the Role
Network Plus is seeking a Head of Commercial for a permanent role in Eastbourne, East Sussex. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will drive business growth and operational excellence through commercial strategy, margin improvement and strong client relationships. You will lead a high-performing team and work closely with the Contract Director, supply chain and customers to deliver high standards of service within the utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy, supporting business growth and improved operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve margins and strengthen commercial outcomes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team, providing clear direction and support.
- Oversee contract procurement and negotiation, ensuring commercial arrangements support business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Contract Director and supply chain to support effective contract delivery and service standards.
