Job description · Working in a newly opened Elderly Nursing Care Home, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality catering service, planning menus for elderly residents, which are varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements. · You will manage our dedicated catering team, ensuring the highest standards of nutrition, hygiene and safety.
Person Specification · Experienced in UK kitchens with good planning, budget and stock control abilities (at least 5 years). · Care home experience is not essential, applications are welcome from Head Chefs, Catering Managers, Kitchen Managers etc. · Chefs from restaurants, hotels, contract catering, education, healthcare and other volume catering environments Benefits Working for one of the worlds top Healthcare Providers.
