Job OverviewJoin our clients team as a Ground Worker/Labourer and be a vital part of gardening site development projects! In this energetic role, you'll assist with a variety of groundwork tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality on-site. Your proactive attitude and willingness to learn will help keep projects moving forward smoothly. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to exciting development initiatives.DutiesAssist with site preparation activities such as clearing, leveling, and excavating ground areasLoad and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficientlySupport skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials promptlyMaintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris and waste appropriatelyFollow safety protocols at all times, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)Help with setting up barriers, signage, and safety measures around the sitePerform basic maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioningQualificationsAbility to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsStrong work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindsetGood communication xrexnqw skills to follow instructions clearlyBasic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sitesPrior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essentialCSCS card holder would be advantageous but not essential.Working hours:Monday to Friday pm (45 minute un-paid break)
