About the Role
Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a General Practitioner for a contract Health Screening Doctor role in Whiteinch, Glasgow. Working Monday to Thursday, you will see just 5 to 8 patients a day, with a focus on preventative health screening, lifestyle coaching and long-term wellbeing. This opportunity offers an alternative to routine, reactive general practice, without standard GP appointments or a high-volume, unwell patient list to manage.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative health screening consultations.
- Assess patients’ health, lifestyle and potential risk factors.
- Explain screening findings and provide clear, personalised health advice.
- Support patients with lifestyle coaching to promote long-term wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and recommend appropriate follow-up where needed.
What You'll Need
- A GP qualification and appropriate professional registration to practise in the UK.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and sound professional judgement.
- An interest in preventative medicine, health screening and lifestyle coaching.
- The ability to communicate health information clearly and sensitively.
- Availability to work the Monday-to-Thursday schedule.
