About the Role
Join Butlin's as a Front of House Team Member in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, in a full-time role supporting teams across the resort. Working as a Team Member Plus, you’ll put the value of ‘Getting Stuck In’ into practice, helping deliver a fantastic guest experience wherever you’re needed. Mondays and Fridays will involve cleaning guest accommodation, while the rest of your week could include supporting sports and activities, restaurants and quick-service food areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly welcome and helpful service to guests across the resort.
- Clean guest accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, helping prepare it for arrivals.
- Support different resort teams, adapting to the tasks and priorities of each area.
- Assist with day-to-day service in restaurants and quick-service food areas as required.
- Help sports and activities teams deliver an enjoyable guest experience.
- Follow relevant cleaning, hygiene and health and safety procedures.
