About the Role
Meridian Business Support Limited is recruiting an FLT Driver for a global independent soft drinks manufacturer based in Bridgwater, Somerset (TA6). The manufacturer operates 78 sites worldwide, including six in the UK. This permanent role involves supporting warehouse and manufacturing operations on a rolling four-on, four-off shift pattern, covering both days and nights.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift truck safely to move stock and materials around the site.
- Support the loading and unloading of deliveries and outgoing goods.
- Transfer materials and finished products between production and warehouse areas.
- Carry out routine pre-use equipment checks and report faults or safety concerns.
- Help maintain accurate stock movements and a clean, organised working environment.
- Follow site health and safety procedures and work closely with colleagues to support efficient operations.
What You'll Need
- The ability to operate forklift trucks safely and confidently in a busy working environment.
- A strong awareness of warehouse health and safety requirements.
- Attention to detail when handling goods and recording stock movements.
- A reliable approach to work and good teamwork and communication skills.
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts on a rolling four-on, four-off rota, including days and nights.

- Advertised annual pay of £32,050.70, comprising £29,137 basic salary plus a £2,913.70 shift allowance.
