Fire Compliance Officer – Gloucester (GL1) Salary: up to £45,000 | Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm Apleona is looking for a Fire Compliance Officer to support fire safety across a busy healthcare estate. You'll make sure fire doors, passive fire barriers and escape routes stay safe, compliant and ready for use in live clinical environments. The role Inspect and assess fire doors across hospitals and clinics Check passive fire barriers in risers, voids, plant rooms and other key areas Complete basic repairs (closers, hinges, locks) Keep accurate digital records for all fire safety assets Produce compliance reports for estates and safety teams Review contractor certificates and materials What you need 2–3 years' estates or passive fire experience (ideally in healthcare) Knowledge of HTM 05-01, HTM 05-02 and BS 8214 Strong attention to detail and confidence working in live clinical areas CAFM system experience Driving licence, first aid qualification and ability to pass a DBS check What we offer Up to £45,000 salary 25 days' holiday + bank holidays Life insurance & sick pay Reward Gateway discounts Cycle to work scheme Virtual GP & wellbeing app Training and development If you want a role with real purpose and long-term career potential, apply today.
