About the Role
Join Thriving Investments as a full-time Finance Associate in Kings Cross, Central London. As a socially conscious fund manager focused on the living sector, the business invests across housing tenures to deliver market returns alongside meaningful social impact. With over 5,300 homes and £1.1bn of assets under management, it has ambitious plans to grow to £5bn through new funds and the expansion of existing portfolios. This role offers the opportunity to support finance activity within a growing housing investment business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day financial processes and the maintenance of accurate financial records.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and supporting analysis.
- Help reconcile financial information and investigate discrepancies.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and monitoring financial performance.
- Work with colleagues to support effective financial controls and timely reporting.
