About the Role
Join Lifeways Group as a Female Support Worker at Cozenton in Gillingham, Kent, helping people with everyday life and making a positive difference in your local community. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week, with bank opportunities also available. Shifts run from 7:30am–3:00pm and 3:00pm–10:30pm, with sleep-ins also required, across Monday to Sunday. Being a driver is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support people with day-to-day activities, encouraging independence and choice.
