The Role – Executive Search Associate As an Executive Search Associate , you'll be involved in high-profile assignments from day one. You won't simply be sourcing CVs or working from a database. You'll be researching markets, speaking with senior candidates, understanding businesses and helping identify the individuals who could shape the future of major organisations. You'll also have the opportunity to attend client meetings and work alongside experienced consultants , giving you exposure to senior decision-makers much earlier in your career than you would typically receive in a graduate role. Your responsibilities will include: · Supporting senior consultants on Executive Search and leadership assignments · Conducting detailed market mapping and candidate research · Building an understanding of industries, businesses and senior leadership teams · Identifying and engaging with high-calibre candidates · Speaking with senior professionals and developing your communication skills · Attending client meetings and candidate interviews · Tracking market movements, including Private Equity investments, leadership changes and business developments · Producing research and insights to support client projects · Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients · Contributing to business development and the growth of the firm What We're Looking For – Executive Search Associate This role would suit a graduate who is ambitious, curious and commercially minded and wants to build a career working with senior people and leading businesses.
