The Role You will work across a varied range of employment matters, advising both employers and employees on a broad spectrum of workplace issues. The role is likely to include exposure to matters involving: Employment contracts and workplace policies Dismissals and disciplinary matters Settlement agreements Unfair and constructive dismissal claims Discrimination and whistleblowing matters Employment Tribunal claims Restructuring and redundancy Providing practical and commercially focused employment advice You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues and developing long-term relationships with clients.
