About the Role
Systems Engineering and Assessment Limited is seeking an Electronics Team Lead for a permanent role based at its Barnstaple site in Devon. You will lead electrical and electronic design across the full product lifecycle, combining technical leadership with team management and mentoring. Working with customers and colleagues across engineering disciplines, you will help deliver solutions that support the company's promise to protect what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical and electronic design activities throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Manage and mentor the team, supporting technical development and effective collaboration.
- Ensure engineering work is delivered to agreed cost, time and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and support technical decisions.
- Work with cross-disciplinary teams to coordinate design activities and resolve engineering challenges.
- Uphold relevant engineering standards and drive innovation in design approaches.
