Your new role Electrical repairs and maintenance within social housing properties EICR testing and inspection works Fault finding and diagnostics Consumer unit upgrades Remedial electrical works Planned and reactive maintenance Ensuring all work is completed to current regulations and company standards Providing excellent customer service to tenants whilst working in occupied homes What you'll need to succeed ? NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent? 18th Edition Wiring Regulations ? 2391 Testing & Inspection Qualification ? Previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience ? Full UK Driving Licence ?
