The Role You'll be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works across a portfolio of commercial properties. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out PPM and reactive electrical maintenance
Fault finding, repairs and installations
Ensuring electrical systems are maintained safely and efficiently
Completing maintenance records and job reports
Working across multiple commercial sites
Responding to reactive call-outs when required
Working in line with health & safety and compliance requirements

About You We're looking for a qualified and experienced electrician who is: Experienced in commercial electrical maintenance
Confident carrying out both PPM and reactive works
Able to fault-find and work independently
Professional and customer-focused
Flexible and willing to travel between sites
Keen to complete LVAP training and develop further
